Here at frequency we do not accept returns for skincare or cosmetics products. We do offer refunds for damaged goods that are proven to be damaged.
For activewear and apparel we offer returns, but do not cover the cost of shipping. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 10 days of the order arrival.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or email for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our returns process (only available for clothing).

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting us at sales@frequencyskin.com.
Typically, you can only do this the same day an order is placed because items are shipped as fast as possible, in order to provide premium customer service.
If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
