In 2023, I combined my expertise as a certified yoga teacher with my passion for holistic wellness and skincare, to launch Frequency: a one-stop-shop for all things wellness.
Here we believe that it's okay to be a little selfish and a little spoiled. Actually, we encourage it. Our mission is to increase the frequency in which we care for ourselves: mind, body, and soul. Including the energy behind why we do it.
