Overview
Skincare and Cosmetics
We do not offer refunds or returns, unless a product is proven to be damaged. If a damaged goods claim is not made within 7 days of receiving the purchase then we will not accept it. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange for your damaged good.

Activewear and Apparel
For activewear and apparel we offer returns, but do not cover the cost of shipping. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of the order arrival. The item(s) must be returned in the condition it was received in, which means that the tag must be attached and it must be returned in the product bag.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Below you will find instructions to process a return. Please contact returns@frequencyskin.com for more details or information!
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for a damaged good:
- Any damaged goods claim that is made after the first 7 days of the order being received.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the damaged goods claim is filed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please leave time for processing for the refund to appear on your account, before reaching out.
If you do not see a refund after 3-5 business days please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email at returns@frequencyskin.com. Once your exchange is approved, please mail the item you originally received to: 15 Corporate Drive, Wayne NJ 07470 Unit 15. Please label the shipment to "FREQUENCY: EXCHANGES".
Note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, which means that the customer is responsible.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
After you have emailed returns@frequencyskin.com, and your return request is approved, you should ship your product to: 15 Corporate Drive, Wayne NJ 07470 Unit 15. Please label the shipment to "FREQUENCY: RETURNS".
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
