First, write out your full birthdate.
Example: January 1, 2026.
Next, reduce each part to a single digit.
Month: January = 1
Day: 1 + 0 = 1
Year: 2026 → 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1 + 0 = 1
Then, add the results together.
1 + 1 + 1 = 3
Your Life Path number would be 3.
If you reach 11, 22, or 33 before reducing to a single digit, these are known as Master Numbers and are often interpreted differently.
